• Healthcare Software Sales Professional
Requirements:
- Sales Professional with a documented track record of success.
- Experience in healthcare software sales preferred, working knowledge of Microsoft Windows® operating systems.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and networking technologies A MUST.
- Proficiency and aptitude in the following: the sales process, cold calls, closing sales, research & contribute market information, and provide excellent sales customer service before and after the sale.
- BA/BS preferred but not required.
Compensation:
This is a commission only based position, with uncapped commissions, sales can easily exceed 100K in the first year.

• IT Technical Support/Help Desk Specialist
Overview:
The information technology (“IT”) technical support/help desk specialist will be a member of the IT operations team and will be responsible for providing a full range of technology support for the Company’s client base located across the United States.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide over the phone technical assistance for Life Systems Software applications and train end-users as appropriate.
- Using a Ticketing System to record, escalate, track, and resolve end user issues, questions, and concerns.
- Ability to communicate with users over the phone and provide remote support using a variety of remote support tools.
- Excellent customer service attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as to work independently with minimal supervision to resolve end user issues and will escalate to manager as appropriate.
- Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Daily interaction with team members and end users.
Education/Experience Required:
- Provide over the phone technical assistance for Life Systems Software applications and train end-users as appropriate.
- 1 year or more demonstrated technical support experience.
- Excellent Communication, Written and Verbal Skills.
- Familiarity with small/medium business IT technologies: MS Office Suite, Antivirus, Network Printers, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Technology, or other computer-related field is a plus.
- Technical Skills and Certifications are a plus (MPC, MCSA, MCSE, A+, Network+, CCNA).
Computer Skills Necessary:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows® operating systems (XP/Vista/7/2003/2008/2012).
- Knowledge of computer hardware and networking technologies.
- Able to learn and support new applications.
- Knowledge of advanced computer concepts and technologies is a plus.
Compensation:
This is a full/part time hourly based postion starting at $13 to $15 per hour based on qualifications.
