ChiroSuite EHR Letters Referred By field Fixed issue where this merge field would cause all other merge fields following it to not merge correctly. Talksoft Integration Fixed issue that would close Get Quote window if user was notified of missing data. Modified data access functions to collect all appointments from the current date up to 14 days ahead to comply with the Talksoft specification. Reports Appointments Patients Without Scheduled Appointments Added Date range and provider filter with options to sort on patient name, account type, and last visit date. Changed orientation to landscape. Cell Phone now prints on this report. Patient Added Phone Log Report ChiroPad EMR Treatment Plan Resolved error code 380 for new patient accounts that have no prior plan records. Resolved Invalid use of null error on Plan window when the visit status was empty. Subjective Complaints Items can now be individually removed from detail sets that have not been committed yet, by double left clicking the item. Reports EHR EHR Generate Patient Reminders List Fixed error 3075 issue if the Diagnosis ID was blank. Added support for Diagnosis codes 9 through 12. Added more error handling. ChiroOffice Timed events are now disabled prior to shutting down the system. Claims Claim Generation Fixed issue where full claim amount was being written off when Qty of procedure was 0. Fixed invalid use of null issue caused during claim create process. Intelli$ense Options have been enabled for Write off Logic. Printing GatewayEDI Print Image Claim ID is now printed at the end of each claim for GatewayEDI claims to allow for the Claim ID to be present on the 835 files returned from the payers. Reports Insurance Insurance Claim Review Corrected output report to display cents. Chart is now displayed in the status at the bottom of the window. Added Provider Filter to allow user to pull up Provider specific claim details. Added date range selection to allow user to specify claims created within a certain time period. Insurance Policies Fixed Invalid use of null error when loading the policy window. Fixed Invalid use of null error for accounts where parts of the Intelli$ense fee schedule had no data. Resolved Invalid use of null error when CoPay was empty. Phone Log Phone Log Report Added options to select date range and provider, with options to sort on user, entry date, chart, and category Post Insurance Window Added in additional handling to avoid too many tables open issue. ChiroSuite EHR UPDATE – Licensing has been updated to use enhanced algorithms which require all installs to be relicensed. This is done free of charge for all clients eligible for the 17.0 R1 upgrade. Appointment Book UPDATE – Overbooking time slots no longer creates negative numbers. Used slots are now set to 0 when no more slots are available. FIXED – When loading a day, the schedule now displays the first row and not the second by default. Added checks to avoid errors when loading the appointment book for a specific provider. Added additional error handling to assist with any future errors. SmartPad UPDATE – The default Save and Open locations are now set to look at the Data\Common folder on the server. UPDATE - The height and width of the text control now sizes better when the main window is resized. Smart Dates FIXED – User can now manually enter in a leap year date without having to open the calendar and select the date. Smart Times FIXED – User can now continue typing in a time if the first digit entered is a 1 and the second digit is greater than 2. The system will automatically change the second digit to a 0 to facilitate continuous typing. Patient Information Docuements Rewrote the scanning window to provide more options and a more streamlined approach. Add New File NEW – Support for duplex scanning has been added when selecting Multi page scan. NEW – If the Patient’s Date of Birth is set in the future, the user is now prompted and given the option to correct the DOB. Referral Types UPDATE – Only Active Referral Types display. UPDATE – If the current referral type is set to Patient, and the user opens the referral types window, the prompt to select a patient is no longer displayed. Popup Messages/Projects UPDATE – The controls on the window now resize to the height of the form and the controls have been widened. Front Desk UPDATE – Improved the Search capabilities to filter out characters that could cause the “Invalid Pattern String” message when searching. UPDATE – Customized settings for column selections in the Scheduled list are now saved automatically and do not require the user to manually save. UPDATE – Customized settings for column selections in the Scheduled list now load when the Front Desk is loaded. UPDATE – Scheduled list now resizes correctly if the Chart column is added. Check In Process NEW – Treatment Room Selection: With the option selected in Preferences, the user can now specify the Treatment Room that the patient is being checked in to. NEW – An asterisk (*) is now displayed next to the patient name in the Signed In list to indicate that the patient has pop up messages. Fixed a bug that would cause an error when ordering the signed in list by patient name. Enabled option to allow user to determine formatting of patient names when searching for patients. Opening a patient that does not have a picture on file will now display a gender appropriate image and not just a folder. Updated the close all patients image. AutoSearch default is now set to checked. Updated Message when closing a patient, closing all patients, to be larger and easier to read. Double left clicking on the photo icon to close a patient now considers the option to verify closing a patient and prompts the user. Close Patient Fixed bug where ‘Do not show again… ’ was not working. Added option to preference to allow user to turn prompt on or off for closing individual accounts as well as closing all accounts. ChiroPad EMR Licensing UPDATE – If the system prompts for licensing and the user cancels the operation, ChiroPad will simply shutdown. Settings SOAP Notes Ortho/Neuro NEW - Added options for: Bold Face Positive Tests Bold Face Present Signs Generate Test Details Generate Left and Right as Bilateral Diagnosis NEW – Added option to allow user to turn off generating onset dates in the notes. Subjective FIXED – When making changes in the Patient Comments Editor, runtime error 13 no longer occurs. Patient Comments Prior UPDATE – Adjusted the width of the control to be wider so text is not covered by the vertical scroll bar. Current UPDATE – Moved the Clear button up and increased the width of the text box. Redesigned window with larger buttons and more viewable area of the controls. Enabled options for Auto Update of complaint status. Objective UPDATE – SmartCare rule will only display the initial time the window is opened and not every time the window gains focus. Patient Comments UPDATE – Increased the width of the controls to display the contents better. Visual Analog Pain Scale UPDATE – Verbiage for this section has been revised. Assessment UPDATE – Pressing Ctrl + C in the Typewritten assessment will no longer display the clone dialog. Diagnosis DX Visitometer will now be removed from the system when the associate DX set is removed. Deleting a DX Set will now correctly reset the DX Visitometer to blank if there is no associated Visitometer data to load. Date dropdown now displays the time and not just the date. Documents FIXED – Instances where error 13 would display when loading the documents window have been resolved. NEW – Options to suppress Nutrition items have been added. Prior Notes NEW – Added a warning to the Delete note message to let the user know that the selected note will be permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved. FIXED – Patients whose name end with the letter ‘s’ now have their name correctly generated with the apostrophe after the ‘s’. FIXED – Subjective Complaint History no longer adds in blank lines followed by a period at the end of the history. Complaints UPDATE – Added Coccyx Pain to Coccyx Region Aggravations and Reliefs Fixed an issue that would not correctly validate new items to ensure unique IDs. Objective Ortho/Neuro Add Test UPDATE – Description is now cleared when attempting to add a new Test after editing an existing test. Plan Regions NEW – Added Clavicle UPDATE – SOAP Progress Note is now inactive by default (Requires user to manually set to inactive if this item exists in the database already). ChiroPad eRx A check is made before any Single-Sign-On (SSO) calls are made to verify if the patient has already been sent to the eRx system, if not, the patient is sent at the time. Health History Prior Symptoms and Accidents Added blank line to Frequency to allow user to clear the selection Added functionality to clear same condition severity by double clicking the control. Fixed issue where health history record internal date was not being updated. Tools Reports EHR Measure Helper Report added for Automated Measure Calculations. This report builds on the EHR Automated Measure Calculation Report and adds the measure requires exclusions, and suggestions to improve the numerator and denominator where necessary. Added option to run report for specific provider. EHR Automated Measure Calculation Added Reporting Period option to allow user to choose Year or last 90 days. Added option to run report for specific provider. EHR Clinical Quality Measures Added line numbering and error handling. Patient List Increased font size of selection criteria printed on report and set color to blue. Selection Criteria now print on all pages of the report. Tweaked report to ensure data fits nicely on report and each page has header/footer and column headings. Added status message updates to the Selection form to provide feedback to the user. When processing the data, the mouse icon now displays as an hourglass to indicate work is being done. Added processing to the report display to provide feedback to the user. Fixed a bug that would not load the patient list if the ID of a DX code was not the same as its ICD code. If there is no data matching the selections made by the user a message box is displayed to let the user know there is no data matching their selections. Diagnosis Tab Added Sort By option to allow user to sort list by Brief, ID, or ICD. Added Column Headers. DX listing now displays ID, ICD and Brief. Changing the Sort by option automatically reloads the list. Checking or unchecking ‘Include Inactive’ automatically reloads the list. Fixed a bug that would not load data even when matching information was found. ChiroOffice Updated Icons in menu bar. Adjusted menu bar to auto size slightly shorter to avoid the menu getting discolored.
