The Diagnostic Imaging Center Report (figure 18) generates a list of all the diagnostic centers that have been entered in ChiroSuiteEHR. Choose the filter, sort and format options from the pop up and click OK to generate the report. NOTE: Originally, the Diagnostic Imaging Center Catalog was designed to work with the Diagnostic Imaging Report (DIR) in the patient file. As time progressed, many practices decided to use to include all diagnostic centers that the office works with.
