Referring Physician Master List

The Referring Physician Master List (figure 22) displays all the NON- practice doctors and other providers that have been entered in ChiroSuiteEHR. These are the doctors and other providers that [1] send patients to the practice [2] the practice sends patients to them. It is for use with managed care; any doctor or provider that is entered in the Referring Physician Catalog can be entered in the patient file and populate boxes 17, 17a and 17b on the CMS-1500 claim form. Choose the filter, sort and format options from the pop up and click OK to generate the report.
