In order for the services and/or products provided to the patient to appear in the SOAP notes, it is necessary to select them from the Modality List and assign a Region from the Region List to the Modality. As soon as the Modality and Region have been selected, they will appear in the Therapy List on the left side of the window (figure 1).
A selected Modality may be removed by clicking on it in the Therapy List window and then click on each highlighted region in the Region List column. Once ALL the Regions have been deselected, the Modality will be taken off the Therapy List.
The contents of the Modality List and Regions List can be edited in the Customization section, which allows the entry or removal of items, as well as rearranging the order of the list.
